WOW, it seems only yesterday that I started to work in Country Walk and now After 1 1/2 years I am down to only 15 lots left to build.

December 2011 has 65 Homes in St Johns country set for sale on the steps of the court house. I am interested in 1 or two for myself as well for some of my Investors. This is one of the hardest way to purchase a home In my opinion as you may not be able to inspect the house or receive a clean title.
