The weather may be cold but the deals are HOT, This week I had a customer in town for a few days looking for Single Family homes under $150,000.00 , in the past weeks / months if I had 1-2 deals that would be great. This week I had several deals and two days of showings.

It's the end of the month and end of the quarter which equals deals! It seems to me that the real estate market is starting to act like car Dealerships, Sign and drive and now sign and move-in! this is really a great time for first time home buyers / renters to take the leap to Home Ownership.

September numbers are in and a total of 77 Homes and condos sold for the month. The only brite point for buyers are prices dropping like it's hot!
