The market has been a consistent slow to steady, Most of my deals have been delayed due to title issues, repairs, lender approvals etc... I been able to work most deals out but I did have 1 fallout that was set to close June 2011.

2011 has been an Interesting year so far with a mixture of 40% of my sales being new homes, this has not happen for several years...
