That's Right I have several Opportunities for first time home buyers, Second home market or Investor.

For Example I have 1 3/2 Br Condo "brand New" for sale for $179,900 with a Garage which is currently 30k Under homes sold this year based on County Tax Records... This unit would Provide 30K Instant Equity or as an Investment with 20% down would yield almost 100% return.

It such a great day and for no special reason. Did you every have a day like this? today was my day. When I woke up I was so full of energy I decided to walk to the beach which is about 1 3/4 of a mile from my house, the first thing I noticed was how refreshing the morning air was, it was like stepping in to a air condition room from a hot summer day the walk was nice but the ocean was so peacefully and powerful I just enjoyed the sounds and visuals... Imagine low tide, flat hard sand with small waves with the fantastic ocean Pounding away, as in all things I had to leave to start my work day. Todays agenda Sales meeting at 9:30 then on to follow up with my customers & prospects and then Lunch at the Infamous Sunset Grille on Anastasia Beach , if you want a nice lunch & possible the best hamburgers in St Augustine then give it try!
