The weather may be cold but the deals are HOT, This week I had a customer in town for a few days looking for Single Family homes under $150,000.00 , in the past weeks / months if I had 1-2 deals that would be great. This week I had several deals and two days of showings.

While I was busy all week long, I only had one customer in town and been showing Condos and Townhomes in Palencia, we are close to making an offer on a Townhouse is what I believe.

I have a Closing for 634 South Loop which will be Nov 16 2010
I have a Double inked contract for 411 Cassandra Ln
509 Weeping willow will be approved and finally able to close after 1 Year
I have a New Short Sale Contract that will start the process, the different is Bank of America and Equator which is a system we can use for Short Sales
Kings Traces will close this month and winding creek

Also been in contact with many of my Northeast customers, as the clod weather rolls in it reminds my customers and Florida is on there mind!

It you are not doing much and want to eat and get $50 call me and we can meet at Las Calinas for hot dogs, pizza and CASH! $100 for any Qualified buyer I being in.

On the Foreclosure front and when I am searching for deals it's been harder then usually but that also means that this will last a few months as the Foreclosures are not going away just getting backed up!

It such a great day and for no special reason. Did you every have a day like this? today was my day. When I woke up I was so full of energy I decided to walk to the beach which is about 1 3/4 of a mile from my house, the first thing I noticed was how refreshing the morning air was, it was like stepping in to a air condition room from a hot summer day the walk was nice but the ocean was so peacefully and powerful I just enjoyed the sounds and visuals... Imagine low tide, flat hard sand with small waves with the fantastic ocean Pounding away, as in all things I had to leave to start my work day. Todays agenda Sales meeting at 9:30 then on to follow up with my customers & prospects and then Lunch at the Infamous Sunset Grille on Anastasia Beach , if you want a nice lunch & possible the best hamburgers in St Augustine then give it try!
