St Augustine real estate March 2011 report

March 2011 was a Busy month with over 122 Homes sold, 3 for more then 1 Million

  • Homes Sold 122 ranging from 38k to over 1.5 Million
  • Condos Sold 51 ranging from 35K to over 600K 
  • Town homes 3 ranging from 55K to 70K

Currently we have 1927 Listing which still equals a 11 Month supply prices are holding for certain communities and dipping on others, for some detail information please contact me.

With that said, Foreclosures have been dripping in slowing, current we have 44 Active and 10 under contract, I still expect foreclosures to pick up over the next 1-3 Months, for me it was busy as well with my Foreclosure listing

6410 Sandhill is under contract

2748 Broadway closed

1631 Hammock grove has offers and a price reduction , so activity is up and should be under contract in 1 week or less

1701 Lismore has had some nice offers and again I expect this house to be under contract soon

219 Cotorro Lane in St Augustine Shores should close next week

5432 Cypress Lakes is under contract and should close in April

2 Homes have been sold in Country walk one is being built and another will close May 2 2011

Additional I sold a New home in the colony at Greenbriar over 2800 SQFT loaded with options closing end of May 2011
