Wow it already the end of January 2011, The Market seems to be picking up with several builders report strong sales, One builder report 5 new sales last week , which is more then the previous month. For me I have been busy and selling / Listing above normal

3/2/2 at Cypress Lakes for $154,900.00 , Showing have been strong and I am sure this property will go under contract in the next few weeks
2/2 at Palencia Listed 14 days ago for $80,000 and I have a strong cash buyer, this property is off the market , set to close end of February 2011

Only time will tell but so far 2011 has plenty of buyers and Fewer great deals, I am expecting a record year for foreclosure listings which should be absorb and keep prices inline with a bit of a spike
