St Augustine real estate week in review 11/12/2010
While I was busy all week long, I only had one customer in town and been showing Condos and Townhomes in Palencia, we are close to making an offer on a Townhouse is what I believe.
- I have a Closing for 634 South Loop which will be Nov 16 2010
- I have a Double inked contract for 411 Cassandra Ln
- 509 Weeping willow will be approved and finally able to close after 1 Year
- I have a New Short Sale Contract that will start the process, the different is Bank of America and Equator which is a system we can use for Short Sales
- Kings Traces will close this month and winding creek
Also been in contact with many of my Northeast customers, as the clod weather rolls in it reminds my customers and Florida is on there mind!

On the Foreclosure front and when I am searching for deals it's been harder then usually but that also means that this will last a few months as the Foreclosures are not going away just getting backed up!
