St Augustine real estate week in review 10/22/2010
The St Augustine real estate market is still slow and not much buyer traffic from what I see and been told from many builders, at a recent builder convention at North Florida University in Jacksonville and stop at a booth for Cascade an over 55 Community in World Golf Village that has recently open and Lance one of the site agent reported 6 sales for the month which is great!
My week was a bit slow, but still busy
- 509 Weeping Willow in Seagrove was approved by the First and Second lender and we will have acceptance and ready for Inspection next week and must closed by 11/30/2010
- Finished a Inspection and Pest Inspection on a recent sale in Palencia for a Townhome on south loop
- 3015 Aqua Vista Lane Unit 203 was cleared to close and will close next Tuesday
- 411 Cassandra was listed for $139,000 and has already been showed, I expect a fast sale here
- A few showing on my other listings and no Offers
- Received three new listings in Jacksonville, in the process of Pre listing two and 1 Eviction
- Showed a ton of condos in Jacksonville Near St Johns Town center to two customers
Should a few great deals to some customers this week and I still need a Townhouse in Sumerlin for a Customer, so if you are ready to sell for under $79,900 with a lake view call me , I have a buyer.
