St Augustine Real Estate Market Trend 09/13/2010
Buyer Traffic has slowed to a crawl, Showing are down on all of my properties, Saint Augustine Foreclosures days on market are climbing and prices are higher? That right on average prices have been moving up and deals are harder to find and secure.
I have many buyers just waiting for me to find them a deal and need to sit on the sidelines for now, as we wait for the market to adjust to true Market Value, Since Banks adjust properties every 40 days we will hopefully see some needed downward price adjustments
