Crazy Horse go Pending and Sutton Place closed yesterday - A week in review
Wow, it has been a busy week and I finally have some time to post an Update.
- Timberlin 2 br 2 bath sold In Jacksonville for $41,000 this was my listing and sold by a Jacksonville agent
- Sutton Place sold 2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom for $34,500 this was my Buyer and listed by a Jacksonville agent
- Crazy Horse has gone pending and is set to close on July 20, 2010
- 1845 Old Moultrie is now pending and will close by the first week in August
- Saint Johns Forest 4400 Sq Ft Custom Toll Brother home is set to close July 30, 2010
- Just received 5 Brand New Listings from one the best Local builders in Saint Johns County
- Worked with two new customers this week and very close to a Deal on a New House for under $139,000
- Worked with one of my customers for a second time and we found a community / home ( I will be making an offer Monday)
- Accepted purchase contract on a townhouse located off of Old Saint Augustine over 1300 Sq Foot that was listed for $80,000
Over all, working with several customers this week and visiting or previewing over 100 homes, condos and townhouses selection is great for
- Condos ( Buyers Market )
- Town Houses (Buyers Market )
- Single family homes under $150,000 Exist but not enough for great deals but they are priced great to begin with
- Single family homes under $230,000 (Buyers Market) in this price range you have huge selection of communities and homes
- Single Family Homes Over $300,000 this market seem strange to me as some homes exist deals are hard to find
- Homes on Saint Augustine Beach - this market is up year over Year Homes are hard to find and deals are tough, you will have to wait or listen to some of my Ideas
- Vilano Beach and South Ponte Vedra beach has a few deals on Ocean view homes
- Atlantic Beach in Jacksonville is another tight market with select deals
