Is this a Sign that the Market has turned? I just finished a weekend in South Florida where I had an open house on a property that I own, The results are Impressive I must say. In the past 6 months during a weekend I would be lucky to have 3 visitors of which 2 where other bored Realtors just stopping bye to say hello. Well this weekend I had over 10 visitors and several who were serious looking to buy. No offers (LOL) but it still nice to see traffic. Maybe this is a sign as the South Florida market was one of the first to stop it only make sense it will be the first to pick up. Also, as a side note I spoke to one couple that was actually looking to buy in Palm Coast, which go to show even 250 Miles away and we can make referrals
